Trump Campaign Files Lawsuit in Nevada Over Early Voting
The Trump campaign has filed a petition in Clark County District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada over early voting procedures at several polling sites in Las Vegas. In the petition, the Trump campaign alleges that Clark County officials unlawfully extended early voting hours, reopened the polling place for late arrivals, and permitted electioneering activities at the polling place by Democratic operatives. The case is Trump v. Gloria.
UPDATE: At a hearing on the petition, news reports indicate that Clark County Judge Gloria Sturman denied the Trump campaign\'s request for ballots and voting machines from several early voting locations to be \"sequestered.\" See Reno Gazette-Journal.
